1. Seller and acceptance

SkyMinning is provided by SkydocPlus. These terms govern your use of the game and your relationship with SkydocPlus as the service provider. By using or continuing to use SkyMinning, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must have legal capacity to agree, or permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.

2. The game and your account

SkyMinning is a browser-based voxel sandbox with single-player Survival and Creative modes. All players must create an account, verify their email address and log in before playing. Your account also provides account settings and private world-copy storage. Keep your account information accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Local worlds are saved in your browser and may be lost if device storage is cleared. Export backups to retain your worlds. Account copies are separate from local saves. Multiplayer is not currently offered.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use SkyMinning unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, interfere with security, probe systems without permission, scrape the service without authorization, or circumvent access restrictions. Do not use the service to harass others or distribute unlawful content.

4. Ownership and licence

SkydocPlus retains ownership of SkyMinning and its software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. Do not resell the service or redistribute its software without permission.

You retain any rights you hold in your original world creations. You confirm that you have the rights needed for content you import. Copying a world to your account grants SkydocPlus permission to store and process that copy only to provide and secure the service.

5. Availability

The game is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance or compatibility with every device. Features may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Payments

New purchases are currently unavailable. Current availability and any future offers are shown on the Pricing page. Any paid offers will be one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions; their price, currency and benefits must be disclosed before purchase. Previously recorded access remains separate from new offers.

For orders processed by Paddle: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for Paddle orders are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refund requests. This disclosure does not mean live checkout is currently available.

7. Suspension and termination

SkydocPlus may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment for a purchased entitlement, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. A suspension does not remove statutory refund rights. Local world files remain under your control; keep exported backups because continued access to account copies is not guaranteed after termination.
